THURSDAY MORNING PRAYER: With joy in our heart we declare, “What a friend we have in Jesus!” We thank You for always extending to us the privilege to talk to You anytime and anywhere. We can talk to You about anything and You will always listen. Help us to understand once we finish talking to You the conversation is not over until we listen to what You have to say. We thank You Lord for giving us the blessed assurance that You are ours and we belong to You. Help each one to cast our cares to You and not carry needless pains, burdens and worries. Things may not look so good right now for a number of us, but keep us reminded of Your Word and help us to stand on Your promise to work all things together for good. Good may not be what we desired, but knowing You we have to know it’s always best for us. What we see right now may be great, but because our God is greater, we’re looking forward to the greater things You have in store for us. Be glorified in our lives today, we give You praise in Jesus Name, Amen.
MONDAY MORNING PRAYER: Lord, You are good and Your mercy endures forever! We worship You for Who You are, recognizing You are the Great I Am, everything we need You to be, ALL the time! We thank You for the privilege to approach Your Throne of Grace boldly and the blessing to be able to expect You to exceed abundantly above all we ask or think. We pray one for another, asking You to search our hearts and see the circumstance, situation or person that’s troubling us the most, help us to know whatever it is, it’s tailored made for Your hands. Give us the courage to release it all to You and strengthen our faith so we will trust You to work it together for good. We pray for strength and courage to do all that’s ours to do and the wisdom to know what only You can do. Give each one a praying spirit and a heart to praise You in the middle of it all. We’re blessed to be alive with purpose, we’re moving forward today knowing we are The King’s children and You will take good care of us. We give You praise, in Jesus Name, Amen.
MONDAY MORNING PRAYER: Lord we thank You for waking us to see another new day. We thank You for food, clothing and shelter. We thank You for our family, friends and even our enemies. We have so much to be thankful for, we pray each one will take the time to count our many blessings and come to the conclusion, complaining is not an option. Today is another day our faithful God has made and the only option we should give ourselves is to rejoice and be glad in it, no matter what. Our lives may not be what we desire them to be right now, but You are the same God Who we called GOOD when things were going great. We may not have all we desire to have right now, but You are the same God we told thank You when we were blessed with what we were asking for. You are the same God Who continues to bless us with breath in our bodies. The same God Who continues to make a new day, every day. You are the same yesterday, today and forever, we pray each one will come to the conclusion, right now it’s time to praise You in the midst of it ALL because You are the same and You will continue to take good care of us. While we wait, renew our strength so we will have a “Right Now” praise, in Jesus Name, Amen.
Our Father in heaven, we thank You for blessing us to see another day. It is a day we have not seen before, but because You change not we know it’s a day full of Your mercy and grace. We know just as You have taken care of us all the days of our life, You will take care of us today. We thank You for being faithful and we trust You to continue to be faithful, always looking out for us, always working all things together for good; Always loving us, correcting us, leading us, guiding us and blessing us. We’re excited today because our God has been awesome and because You will not change, we can trust You to continue to be Who You’ve always been. We’re not worried about today because You will handle today just as You’ve handled all days, we will trust You today, in Jesus Name, Amen.
HAPPY NEW DAY! Well, the New Year is here, now what?
Many talked about all they were going to do in the New Year, well, the New Year is here, now what?
As I laid in my bed the morning of January 1st, of course I was thankful to live to see another day, which happened to be the first day of a new year; But I thought, “Wow, nothing has changed?”
There was nothing mystical or magical about the beginning of a new year. The same struggles that existed the night before were still there. The same things that I needed to do still needed to be done. I still needed to start exercising again. I still needed to start eating right again. I still needed to stop procrastinating. There was so much I still needed to do, nothing had changed with the new year.
What’s my point? My point is, everyday we’re blessed with a new opportunity to do what we keep saying we’re going to do. We don’t have to wait until the new year. For some, you’ve already stopped doing what you said you were going to do, if that’s the case, start again! Don’t keep saying, “I’m going to . . .” because before you know it, it will be December 20th again, and you will again be saying what you’re going to do in the new year.
If you’re expecting Great Things from our Great God in 2014, then you have to begin expecting great on a daily basis. Let’s work with what we know we have right now, today. It’s a New Day, rejoice, be glad and celebrate!!
MONDAY MORNING PRAYER: Our Father, how we love, adore, worship and magnify You, for we recognize You are the only true and living God. We thank and praise You for the gift of life. We pray each one will value life so much until no time is wasted on petty stuff; So much until no distraction can distract us from moving forward on purpose in our purpose. We pray each one purposes in our hearts to not settle for anything, any treatment, or anybody, but rather in all things expect nothing but greater, for we know greater is He Who lives in us, than he that is in the world. We ask a special Blessing on Apostle R. Berry, Supt. N. Gatlin and family, Dr. Sandra Randall and Family and the Swafford-Silvera Family as they all deal with the lost of loved ones. We declare by faith today is filed with victory and nothing shall separate us from Your love. We are blessed by the best and we give You praise, in Jesus Name, Amen.
TUESDAY MORNING PRAYER: We praise You Jesus! We shout out “hallelujah!” because You are an incredible God and You absolutely deserve incredible praise! Lord we thank You for waking us this morning to hear the alarm clock. We thank You for opening our eyes and letting us see the bed You blessed us to rest in. We thank You because the blood is still running warm through our veins, our lungs are still breathing in and out, our heart is still beating and we still have the ability to think, rhyme and reason. Lord some are healthier than others, but we still say thank You because we’re alive and we have the privilege to say yes to Your will one more day. We pray one for another, asking that You will reveal to each one what we need to do today. Give us the strength to not waste any time stressing over things that just don’t matter. Help us to see plainly where are focus is and if we’re not focusing on pleasing You, it’s time to adjust our focus. Time is winding up, we pray each one will become more and more serious and determined to move forward with our assignment. We pray each one is prepared for the distraction today and purpose in our heart, “It will not work!” Today is a great day and we’re expecting greater things from our great God, in Jesus Name, Amen.
Because of Calvary,
WEDNESDAY MORNING PRAYER: O Lord, our God how excellent is Thy Name in all the earth. We praise You Lord because in all of Your awesomeness, You care for each one of us personally. You know our thoughts before we think them. You know the meaning behind our tears, You know our hurts, concerns and fears. You know everything there is to know about us, even the things we pray no one will ever know; And still You love us unconditionally. Lord we love You and we thank You for loving us always, unconditionally. We pray each one will remember today how much You love us. We pray each one will know You are our constant friend, always available to incline Your ear to us. Grant Your peace in each life and help us remember Your promise to never leave us. We pray each one will have a purpose driven life today and not be distracted by the things designed to discourage us. We pray for Jaci Branson, asking for complete healing in her life. Bless her family, draw each one closer to You and help them remember You’re right there with them. Bless each eye that reads this prayer, that we will go forth today smiling because we know the victory belongs to us, in Jesus Name, Amen.
FRIDAY INVENTORY It’s the end of another week, time for inventory.
What did you hold on to this week that you should have let go?
The argument was Monday, why are you still upset today?
What good is it doing you to still be worrying about what didn’t change all the other days you worried?
What are you holding on to whose only value is to ensure headaches, heartaches, high blood pressure, anger, discouragement, stress, distraction, insecurity and low self-esteem? Is it really worth it to continue to include these things in your inventory? Why don’t you label that inventory as “waste, unusable”, order a free dumpster called, “Prayer” and load all those things in it and allow God to carry them away.
The song says, “O what peace we often forfeit. O what needless pains we bear all because we do not carry everything to God in prayer.” What you continue to carry in your inventory is your decision. You have to label what’s valuable and what’s decreasing your self-made value.
A good inventory consists of: Love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control (Gal. 5:22, 23).
You’ve tried it carrying the unnecessary inventory, why don’t you lighten the load and try it with the necessary inventory. Is it easy getting rid of unnecessary inventory? No, absolutely not, but it’s easier when you let it go, one waste at a time. My suggestion is, trust God. Talk to God about everything, all the time. Surround yourself with supportive people and purpose in your heart to keep moving forward. The more you move forward the more weight you will lose. Guaranteed!
MONDAY MORNING PRAYER: "It's good, it's good, it's good to give thanks unto the Lord! Oh, I will give thanks, thanks unto the Lord!"
Thank You Father for another day on this side of life. We thank You today Father because every day is a day of thanksgiving. You have been, You are good and we trust You to continue to be good to us! We ask a special manifestation of strength, guidance and direction for Apostle Rebecca Washington-Berry as she stands against the wiles of the enemy. We ask for your healing touch for Did. Barbara Perdue, Thy Will be done O Lord, not Ours! We pray for the saints all over the land and country! We praise You Jesus because You promised, "and lo I'll be with You always and in good times, sad times, trying times, joyful times, devastating times, You have proven to be the ONLY constant that we have, thank You for keeping Your Word. Lord, we pray that You will touch each one of us, help us to know without a shadow of doubt in our minds that You love us just the way we are. Give us the courage to let You love away all of the things that have been holding us down and strengthen us to hold on to Your unchanging hand and move forward into our destiny/purpose. We are children of the Most High God and it's time we walk like we are children of God--oh what needless pains we bare all because we don't carry everything to You in prayer; Father, increase our desire to talk to You more. Lord, You are good and Your mercy endures forever, thank You Jesus! We surrender our lives to You this day, help us to keep our hands off and allow You to lead, guide and direct our paths; and most importantly, give us the courage to trust You in all things. We give You praise in Jesus Name, Amen.
TUESDAY MORNING PRAYER: Every good and perfect gift comes from You Lord, thank You for the gift of life! We thank You for another chance to say thank You! We thank You for another opportunity to shout hallelujah! We thank You for the privilege to bow before our holy God declaring, worthy is the Lamb! Lord we love You, we praise You, we adore You, we magnify You in all and over all, for You are the only true and living God. Lord for every mountain You brought us over and every valley You brought us through, we give You praise! We pray one for another asking that You will give us the insight to take inventory of our lives, help us to see all that needs to remain and all that need to be discarded. Give us the courage to accept Your NO and let go. Help us to see You know what’s best for us and if we trust You, You will show us greater. Lord we pray for Marcelyn Carter and Vivian Summervile, asking for a mighty healing touch from You. Bless each eye that reads this prayer, heal, restore, inspect, direct, forgive, deliver---whatever it is, we trust You can! We thank You for yesterday and we look forward to the greater things You have in store for us today, in Jesus Name, Amen.
Will keep those made mentioned of in prayer, praying for all of the bereaved Alumni families & continued prayer for Sis. Tawnette Fulton-Gilbert who right now is battling pneumonia!!
WEDNESDAY MORNING PRAYER: Our Father, we thank You for waking us with the understanding, it is because of Your grace and mercy that we’re still here. We thank You for this beautiful day that You made and for calling us to rejoice and be glad in it. We thank You for revealing to us You are the source of our strength and the strength of our lives. All of our help comes from You, thank You Lord for our help. We thank You for our health, strength and courage. We thank You for blessing us with a purpose and assuring us we can do all things through Christ Who gives us strength. We have so much to be thankful for and we shall live this day with an attitude of thanksgiving. We pray each one will look for good in every situation and purpose in our heart to stretch, reach forth to the great things You have prepared for us. God, You’re awesome and we praise You for sharing You in us. We shall go forth being all You designed us to be, in Jesus Name, Amen.
THURSDAY MORNING PRAYER: All praises be to the King of kings and the Lord of lords, You are wonderful! Thank You Lord for waking us to see this new day. We thank You for the activities of our limbs. We thank You for food, clothing and shelter. We thank You for family and friends. We thank You for always keeping Your Word. We pray each one understands You change not, You’ve always been faithful and You will continue to be. Based on Your reputation in our lives we will go forth today expecting You to continue to take care of us. We expect You to continue to lead, guide and direct our path. We expect You to continue to provide peace in the midst of confusion. We expect You to continue to say no when it’s not good for us and yes when it’s best for us. Lord we trust You. Give courage and strength to those who know what You require but insist on having a plan B. Help us to remember, You’ve been doing it all by Yourself since the beginning of time, there is nothing You don’t know, nothing You can’t do and no where You can’t be, so trusting You just makes sense. We’re smiling today because we are loved by the only true and living God and we shall go forth today sharing Your love one to another, in Jesus Name, Amen.
KEEP LIVING What do you do when you don’t know what to do?
What do you do when your dream turns into a nightmare?
What do you do when your well thought out plan fails?
What do you do when the relationship you thought would last forever, suddenly crumbles?
What do you do when a sudden illness knocks you off your feet?
What do you do when you have more bills than money?
All of these are real life situations, needing a real life answer.
What do you do? You decide your situation is not the end of the world and you keep living!
You keep living knowing living is a forward action.
You can’t change yesterday, but you can live today.
You keep living knowing God is working nightmares, failures, bad relationships, sicknesses, financial woes and ALL of the other things together for your GOOD.
Keep living knowing God will get the glory and He would love to get the glory from your life.
What do you do? You keep living, giving up or slowing down is never an option.
Keep living: Dream new dreams, make new plans, be a friend, eat right, work out—get healthy.
Keep living!
As long as you’re alive there is always some living to do—Now go live!
TUESDAY MORNING PRAYER: O Lord, our God how excellent is Thy Name in all the earth. The Name Jesus is the sweetest Name we know. There is something about Your Name that soothes our doubts and calms our fears. Lord we thank You for the blessing and privilege to say the Name Jesus and for giving us the assurance through faith something is about to happen. We pray each one will remember throughout this day all of our help comes from You, and You are with us everywhere we go waiting patiently for us to speak to You by faith and know there is nothing too hard for You to do. Help us to know now is not the time to give up. Now is not the time to turn back. Now is not the time to give in. Now is not the time to lose hope. But, now is the time to trust You and be of good courage. Now is the time to believe You will renew our strength. Now is the time to take another step in the direction of forward and believe in the Name of Jesus we have the victory. Our faith looks up to You, we shall not sit down and wait on something mystical or magical to happen, but we will do all that You assign for us to do and expect You to exceed abundantly above all we ask or think, in Jesus Name, Amen.
THURSDAY MORNING PRAYER: We praise the Name of Jesus. We thank You for being our Rock, our Fortress and our Deliverer. We thank You for assuring us always that we can trust You with our lives. We thank You for being the source of our strength and the strength of our life. You are a mighty God and we praise You for loving us with all Your might. We pray one for another asking You to help us remember Who You are and who we are because of You. Because of You there is no mountain we cannot climb. Because of You there is no valley we can’t go through. Because of You defeat is never an option. Because of You whatever situation we find ourselves in we know this too shall pass, and victory is our name. Help each one to know today is no different than yesterday, just as You took care of us then, You will take care of us now. We’re going forth today knowing although we may face great trials, heartache and pain, GREATER are You Who lives in us, which simply means we can count on the victory. We shout out “hallelujah!!!!!” and we thank You in advance for the victory today, in Jesus Name, Amen.
I am responsible to me. I can't make you happy. I can't make you feel secure. I am responsible to me.
I go through, you go through. I can't make it easier for you, you can't make it easier for me; We both have to make the decision to just go through. I am responsible to me.
I have suffered hurt, you have suffered hurt. Can I make your hurt go away? Can you make me hurt less? The answer is, ”No”. Why? It's an individual choice to accept, "It is what it is", and move on. God made me for a specific purpose, it's up to me to find out what that purpose is and do me.
I've tried to make people happy. I've tried to be all things to everybody. But truth is, if I'm trying to make you happy, I am losing or giving up a part of me.
Jesus said, "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another". (John 13:34). The scripture also says, "God is love". If God is love, He made us in love and with love, He made us just the way He loved us to be. He loves the flavor He made us. TRUTH: Everyone will not like our flavor, but that's ok, if it don't fit, don't force it, relax and let it go! My adding you to my flavor or me adding me to your flavor = Artificial flavor. I can't be who I am being who you want me to be. With that being said, the only way I can show love to you is by sharing, ME, with no added flavors.
It's my responsibility to live to be a blessing and share me with all who will accept me to be me, no matter what.
I love God for making me, ME. It's my responsibility to praise God, give glory to God and show my appreciation to God, by being the me He created me to be and loving every bit of me!
MONDAY MORNING PRAYER: Our Father in heaven, holy You are and holy You will always be. We thank You for waking us to see another new day filled with Your mercy and grace. We may not have all we desire to have, but our need is supplied and we have a lot of what we want as well, thank You Lord. We thank You for blessing us with a free will, we can choose to love You or completely ignore You. We can choose to live a life pleasing to You or do as we please and completely disregard You. Lord with our free will, we choose to let Your light in us shine outward. We choose to be faithful to the purpose for which You created us. We choose to love where hate seems to be winning. We choose to forgive and not hold on to petty disagreements and misunderstandings. We choose to ignore all attempts to bring us down to a level that looks nothing like who we are in You. We choose to walk in our greatness and not settle for mediocrity. We choose to have a great day because we know You are great and You are with us everywhere we go, which simply means we have the victory, in Jesus Name, Amen.
We praise You Lord for bringing us through yesterday and waking us to see today. We worship You because You are our everlasting Father and Prince of Peace. We thank You for all You’ve done, are doing and will do for us. We have so much to be grateful for, so with our hands lifted up and our mouth filled with praise, we bless You O Lord. It’s another day’s journey and we are ecstatic about still being here and given another chance to let our light shine. We pray one for another, asking You to strengthen those who are weak, give courage to those who are growing weary, build up those who have been torn down by circumstances and situations of life, and help those who don’t have a care in the world to hold on to their faith when they experience what others are experiencing now. We don’t know what this day will bring, but we do know You’re with us, we do know You have kept us in the midst of all, we do know You love us and there is nothing about this day that will take You by surprise, so we will continue to trust You through it all. We give You praise for today and we go forth expecting great things, in Jesus Name, Amen.
Amen to the Monday & Tuesday prayers Bishop Willie, may God bless & spiritually feed all those who read your daily prayers, and may God continually bless you & advance your Ministry!!
WEDNESDAY MORNING PRAYER: Our Father in heaven, we love You, we praise You, we lift up Your holy and righteous Name. We confess and proclaim You are the only true and living God and absolutely worthy of all the praise. We thank You for our life, health and strength. We thank You for food, clothing and shelter. We thank You for our jobs and other means to support ourselves. We thank You for waking us in our right mind, a mind to offer praise to You. A mind to live so we can be used by You. A mind to let brotherly love continue. A mind to allow You to rest, rule and abide in our life. A mind to let go of the past and live today pressing forward expecting great things from our Great God. We pray each one remembers today, a right mind is a mind to say yes to Your will. Help us to know our will may look better right now, but Your will includes now and forever. You see our now and our future, doing things Your way will lead us to all the blessings You have prepared for us. We declare by faith we will trust You and expect You to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask and think, in Jesus Name, Amen.
Thank you so much for your words of encouragement. Continue to pray for the ministry, as we continually pray for you and all those near and dear to you, and your own personal labor of love. Blessings!
THURSDAY MORNING PRAYER: Bless the Lord O my soul and all that is within me, bless His holy Name! We praise You Lord for waking us to see another day. We thank You for Your goodness, kindness, mercy and grace. We thank You because we recognize it is in You we live, move and have our being. Without You we would be nothing, could do nothing and would have nothing to look forward to. We pray each one knows You are yet alive which means there is hope, and because You live we can face whatever this day may bring. We’re praying for Susie Kemp and Monty Washington, also Apostle Rebecca Washington-Berry, asking for a mighty healing restorative move from You, in the Name of Jesus. Draw them closer to You, grant them peace and keep them reminded there is nothing too hard for You to do. We pray each one remembers You are the same God Who stepped out on nothing and created everything. Help us to know if our situation is not bigger than You creating the world, we can praise You in advance because You can handle it. This is the day our faithful God has made and we will rejoice and be glad in it, no matter what, in Jesus Name, Amen.
What are you holding on to that you know you should let go? Anger? Resentment? Jealousy? Grudges? Pride? Old hurt?
Mama didn’t treat you right? Daddy abandoned you? Relationship gone bad?
What is it? Is it really worth holding on to?
Is it worth the calluses on your hands from holding on too tight?
Is it worth not being able to grab the blessing because you refuse to let go?
Is it worth driving away the people you love because they’re tired of hearing you fuss, complain and whine?
What are you gaining by your insistence to keep holding on?
Another headache? More stress? More compromising? Artificial happiness? Resentment?
Is it really worth it?
Have you considered, doctors are getting richer because people refuse to let go? Yes, refusing to let go will affect your health. The doctors call it: Stress, Anxiety, Depression, High Blood Pressure and so on.
The Bible tells us to cast our cares upon the Lord because He cares, so two questions:
Do you believe God cares? Or, Do you believe holding on is what’s best for you?
If it was meant for us to stay where we are, dealing with the same old, same old, then why do we need another day? Why are there such things as: Change? Progress? Forgiveness?
Are they just not for you?
Yesterday is gone, today is here and tomorrow may never come. Why don’t you choose to treat today like it’s a new day, because you know what? It is a NEW day. There is no need to put effort in continuing yesterday, it’s gone, let go, press forward. Use your hands to stretch and reach for higher heights and new blessings.
You know what you’re holding on to, that you need to let go. Let it go and live!
MONDAY MORNING PRAYER: ur Father in heaven, we thank You for waking us to see a new day. We thank You for Your goodness, kindness, mercy and grace. We thank You Lord because we know You are the source of our strength and the strength of our life. Lord without You we would be nothing, could do nothing and we wouldn’t have any hope. We pray one for another, that each one will do their part. It’s good to trust You, but in trusting You we must give You something to work with. We need to take the steps and trust You to give us the strength to keep moving forward. We need to speak life and trust You to add life. We need to go get it and trust when we get there it’s there because You have already provided it. Help each one to know the answer is not waiting and doing nothing, but the answer is in our faith talk, it’s in our faith movement, it’s in our using the gifts, talents and abilities You have blessed us with to use for Your glory. You are a great God, You breathed the breath of greatness in to us, give us the courage to rise up and be who You breathed us to be. Today is the day to do it. Today is the day to go get it. Today is the day to expect it. Help each one to know “IT” will come when we do our part. We give You praise, in Jesus Name, Amen.
TUESDAY MORNING PRAYER: Our Father, we worship You because You are in heaven. You are holy and righteous. You are all powerful, all knowing, and everywhere present. You are our Shepherd, our protection, our Lord, our Savior and King. You are our Comforter, our peace and our provider. The fact of the matter is, You are everything we need You to be, You are the Great I Am and we worship You because of Who You are. Thank You Lord for waking us to see another new day and for giving us another chance to say yes to Your will. We didn’t do everything right yesterday, but still You gave us a chance to be better today and for this we give You praise. We pray for Your loving comforting hand on the Harris Family as they cope with the passing of their dear family member, Lois Gilmore. We pray Your peace will dominate their surroundings and love will abound. Bless each one who reads this prayer with a praying spirit, a loving heart, a mind to do Your will and a new determination to be better today than we were on yesterday. This is the day our faithful God has made and we purpose in our heart to rejoice and be glad in it, no matter what, in Jesus Name, Amen.

THURSDAY MORNING PRAYER:
With joy in our heart we declare, “What a friend we have in Jesus!” We thank You for always extending to us the privilege to talk to You anytime and anywhere.

MONDAY MORNING PRAYER:
Lord we thank You for waking us to see another new day.

FRIDAY DAY MORNING INSPIRATION:
Happy New Day!

MONDAY MORNING PRAYER:
Our Father, how we love, adore, worship and magnify You, for we recognize You are the only true and living God.

TUESDAY MORNING PRAYER:
We praise You Jesus!

WEDNESDAY MORNING PRAYER:
O Lord, our God how excellent is Thy Name in all the earth.

FRIDAY MORNING INSPIRATION:
FRIDAY INVENTORY
It’s the end of another week, time for inventory.
Guaranteed!

MONDAY MORNING PRAYER:
"It's good, it's good, it's good to give thanks unto the Lord!

All praises be to the King of kings and the Lord of lords, You are wonderful!

FRIDAY MORNING INSPIRATION:
KEEP LIVING
What do you do when you don’t know what to do?

TUESDAY MORNING PRAYER:
O Lord, our God how excellent is Thy Name in all the earth.

FRIDAY MORNING INSPIRATION:
RESPONSIBLE TO ME
I am responsible to me.

MONDAY MORNING PRAYER:
Our Father in heaven, holy You are and holy You will always be.

FRIDAY MORNING INSPIRATION:
WHY KEEP HOLDING ON?

MONDAY MORNING PRAYER:
ur Father in heaven, we thank You for waking us to see a new day. Our Father, we worship You because You are in heaven. You are holy and righteous. You are all powerful, all knowing, and everywhere present.
