Bishop Willie & Tawnette for your steadfast and continual participation in the Apache Prayer Group. My Prayer will be that more Apache Alumni will start participating in this much needed Group more often.
To God Be The Glory For All He Has Done & For All That He Is Doing as We Speak!!
Lord we love You! We praise You! We adore You! We worship You! We thank You Lord for another beautiful day that You blessed us to be a part of, for we recognize it's because of You that we're still here and for this we give You praise. Lord, we pray one for another asking You to bless all with the blessings we stand in the need of and open our understanding so we will know You know what's best for us. Help us to know You know exactly what we need and You promised to supply all of our need, so teach us how to wait on You. Lord, we believe Your Word is true, so we're waiting on You to open the door for us, we're waiting on You to lead, guide and direct us, we're waiting on You to deliver, we're waiting on You to heal, And Father if we happen to grow weary in waiting, we trust You to renew our strength. Lord we pray Your peace on Bobby as he deals with the passing of his wife of many years. Help him to know You promised peace that surpasses all understanding and it's his for the asking. We again say thank You for this day and we purpose in our hearts right now to rejoice and be glad in it, we give You praise in Jesus Name, Amen.
Lord, You are good and Your mercy endures forever! We worship You for Who You are, hallelujah!!! God, this prayer goes out all over the world, for some it's hot, some cold, some raining, some overcast, and there is a lot of complaining about the weather all over the world; But this morning Lord we say, "thank You for this beautiful day!" Father, we're glad to still be here to experience all that this day holds and we're thankful for another chance to say yes to Your will. Lord, help us this day to take the time to look around and see how blessed we really are, for there is always someone who is worse off --always someone sicker, always someone less fortunate, always someone sadder, always someone struggling more with the issues of life and it's time that we learn to just be grateful. Help us to renew our minds with good thoughts and dismiss all negative thoughts, and if we struggle with finding a good thought, remind us to think of how much You love us always unconditional--How You're always with us supplying our every need. Today Lord we won't complain, but we will rejoice and be glad in this beautiful day that You have made and if by chance we stumble, give us the courage to keep rejoicing anyhow, in Jesus Name, Amen.
Our Father in heaven, we thank and praise You for this another day that You have blessed us to see. We thank You Lord for Your loving kindness and tender mercy. We thank You Lord because we know You to be God all by Yourself and there is absolutely nothing too hard for You to do. We thank You Lord because You are the Creator and Sustainer of all life and it is in You that we live, we move and have our being; Without You we are nothing, with You we can conquer the world, the sky is the limit. We are children of the Most High God, give us the courage to walk like we are children of The King and let us show our appreciation to You by glorifying You in all we say and do. Because of Who You are and who we are in You, we are great and we will not settle for a mediocre day. It's a great day today and we're going after everything that You say belongs to us and as we go throughout this day we will glorify You by sharing our smiles, offering encouragement and handing out love everywhere we go. Thank You Lord for another opportunity to live, we give You praise in Jesus Name, Amen
I want to thank You for what you have already done. I am not going to waituntil I see results or receive rewards; I am thankingYou right now. I am not going to wait until I feel better or things look better; I amthanking You right now. I am not going to wait until people say they aresorry or until they stop talking about me; I am thanking You right now. I am not going to wait until the pain in my body disappears ; I amthanking Youright now. I am not going to wait until my financial situation improves;I am going to thank You right now.Iam not going to wait until the children are asleep and the house is quiet; I am going to thank You right now. I am not going to wait until I get promotedat work or until I get the job; I am going to thank You right now.I am not goingto wait until I understand every experience in my life that has causedme pain or grief; I am thanking You right now. I am not going to wait untilthe journey gets easier or the challenges are removed;I am thanking Youright now.
I am thanking You because I am alive. I am thanking You becauseI made it through the day's difficulties. I am thanking You because I havewalked around the obstacles. I am thanking You because I have the ability and the opportunity to domoreanddo better.
I'm thanking You because FATHER,YOUhaven'tgiven up on me.
Have a wonderful weekend and don't forget to be a blessing to someone else.
Our Father, our God, our Lord, our Savior, our Friend, our Provider, our Peace, our All in All, we praise You for another chance to say yes to Your will. We thank You for our life, health and strength, things may not be the way we would like for them to be, but we're still here, thank You Lord for keeping us. We're praying for those who are sick, those who are receiving treatment for the affects of cancer, those who are testing for evidence of cancer and for those who have troubled minds and aching hearts; God, help us to know, whether the situation be great or small, it's just right for You. Absolutely nothing catches You by surprise, we know You saw whatever we're experiencing today, well before we experienced it and we thank You for already working it together for our good. Lord, we receive different signs along the way, signs that tell us to stop, signs that tell us to slow down, signs that tell us keep away, but in our stubbornness and determination to do things our way, we ignore the signs and the consequences are ours to suffer. But, we thank You Lord for Your mercy, because even when we're wrong, disobedient and stubborn, You still love us and You still continue to give us signs. Today, help us to pay attention to the signs and just do it. It's a great day today and we purpose in our hearts right now to rejoice and be glad in it, in Jesus Name, Amen.
Oh Lord, how excellent is Thy Name in all the earth! We thank You Jesus because at the mention of Your Name demons flee, so we begin this day saying, in the Name of Jesus we shall have a great day, a victorious day, a stress free day! In the Name of Jesus, we are healed, we are delivered, we are free, we are more than conquerors and we shout, hallelujah Jesus! God, we are excited about who we are because we know when You breathed the breath of life in to us, You breathed greatness and there is no one, no where that can beat us BEING who You created us to be. Lord, give each one who reads this prayer the courage to lift up their heads, stick their chests out and know You are the King of Glory. You are strong and mighty and mighty in battle, and with everything that You Are, You've got our backs and You're ordering our steps in to the bright future that You have planned for us. Help us to follow Your lead and know, no weapon formed against us shall prosper; With You we are automatic winners!!! Lord, because in You we are automatic winners if trouble comes today we shall say, "Go Jesus, go!" If discouragement tries to creep in, we will say, "Go Jesus, go!" Lord, give us a clean heart, renew a right spirit in us and help us to say no matter what, "Go Jesus, go!" For we know, there is nobody, no thing and no spirit greater than You! Thank You Lord for perfect peace today, in Jesus Name, Amen.
I don't always post but I do read them. Thank You for this prayer and all of the prayers that you pray for us Bishop Willie. God bless you for that and Thank You also to Phoebe for starting this group for the alumni. It is very much needed and necessary!
Lord, for this day that You have blessed us to see, we say thank You. God, we thank You for watching over us throughout the night and for waking us with Your powerful finger of love this morning. We thank You Lord for the privilege of having an alarm clock or cell phone that goes off in the morning to wake us, but we know it was You Who said, "wake up and turn the alarm off". Lord, we take nothing for granted, we thank You for all of our many, many blessings--shelter, food, clothing, running water, a bed, air, sunlight, transportation, a job or means to support ourselves, family, friends, enemies, coworkers, supervisors, traffic--all of these things remind us that we're alive and we're alive because You spared our lives and blessed us with another chance to say yes to Your will. Help us to remember, we were created to worship You and this day exists for us to do something to glorify You. Give us the strength to say no to all distractions or attempts to cause us to loose focus and the courage to keep pressing our way through. It's a great day today and we will rejoice and be glad in it, in Jesus Name, Amen.
THURSDAY MORNING PRAYER: Good morning Lord! You did it again, created another beautiful day and blessed us to still be here to enjoy all the benefits of today. Lord, we thank You for new mercy, for sharing Your grace and giving us Your unconditional love always---Great is Your faithfulness! Yesterday is gone and tomorrow may never come, all we know we have is today, bless us today to live today like tomorrow may never come. Help us to not hold back any smiles, give us the courage to speak to that person we have been avoiding, the strength to let go of past pain, disappointment and confusion, the will to say, "I'm sorry" and the desire to forgive even if the person who wronged, hurt or betrayed us never says, "I'm sorry". Help us to not procrastinate today, we can do "it" today, whatever our "it" is, give us the wisdom, courage and strength to not put "it" off another day, but do "it" today. Lord, we praise and thank You in advance for blessing us indeed today. Lord, we ask a special blessing for Apostle Berry and her sister, Mother Ola Mae Brown in Austin, Tx., and Sis. Shirley Hunter of Long Beach, CA.. We know that You, Who art the Great Physician, can do anything but fail. Let Thy Will, not our will be done, in Jesus Name, Amen.
Thank You Bishop Willie and Thank You Tawnette. This website is a better place because of both of your contributions!!
Bishop Willie for your daily Apache prayers, your ministry of service, and for continually sharing your faith with the Apache Alumni believers.
Tawnette for your inspiration, your caring spirit and your faithfulnes, as you continue to glorify God. Thank You for all of your contributions to the many Groups on the website.
As I faced my Maker at the last judgment, I knelt before the Lord along with all the other souls.
Before each of us laid our lives like the squares of a quilt in many piles; an angel sat before each of us sewing our quilt squares together into a tapestry that is our life.
But as my angel took each piece of cloth off the pile, I noticed how ragged and empty each of my squares was. They were filled with giant holes. Each square was labeled with a part of my life that had been difficult, the challenges and temptations I was faced with in everyday life. I saw hardships that I endured, which were the largest holes of all.
I glanced around me.
Nobody else had such squares. Other than a tiny hole here and there, the other tapestries were filled with rich color and the bright hues of worldly fortune. I gazed upon my own life and was disheartened.
My angel was sewing the ragged pieces of cloth together, threadbare and empty, like binding air.
Finally the time came when each life was to be displayed, held up to the light, the scrutiny of truth. The others rose; each in turn, holding up their tapestries. So filled their lives had been. My angel looked upon me and nodded for me to rise.
My gaze dropped to the ground in shame. I hadn't had all the earthly fortunes. I had love in my life and laughter. But there had also been trials of illness and wealth, and false accusations that took from me my world, as I knew it. I had to start over many times. I often struggled with the temptation to quit, only to somehow muster the strength to pick up and begin again. I spent many nights on my knees in prayer, asking for help and guidance in my life. I had often been held up to ridicule, which I endured painfully, each time offering it up to the Father in hopes that I would not melt within my skin beneath the judgmental gaze of those who unfairly judged me.
And now, I had to face the truth.... My life was what it was, and I had to accept it for what it was.
I rose and slowly lifted the combined squares of my life to the light.
An awe-filled gasp filled the air. I gazed around at the others who stared at me with wide eyes.
Then, I looked upon the tapestry before me. Light flooded the many holes, creating an image, the face of Christ. Then our Lord stood before me, with warmth and love in His eyes. He said, 'Every time you gave over your life to Me, it became My life, My hardships, and My struggles. Each point of light in your life is when you stepped aside and let Me shine through, until there was more of Me than there was of you.'
May all our quilts be threadbare and worn, allowing Christ to shine through!
When there is nothing left but God, that is when you find out that God is all you need.
Father, bless all my family and friends in whatever it is that you know they may need this day! And may their life be full of your peace, prosperity and power as he/she seeks to have a closer relationship with you. Amen.
MONDAY MORNING PRAYER: Lord, we praise and thank You for another beautiful day that You have made and we purpose in our hearts right now to rejoice and be glad in it. Lord, it's a new day and You have already extended new mercy, help us to be grateful for the newness that You continue to shower us with, so grateful that we will not allow the old things of yesterday mess up our today. God, yesterday a lot of things happened, help us to see if we hang on to what happened yesterday, we will not be in position to receive all that You have for us today. Lord, we're ready to walk through the open door that YOU opened, we're ready to receive the good news we've been waiting to hear, we're ready to walk in love, experience Your peace and share Your joy. God, we're ready to receive all the blessings You have in store for us today, so help us to pay attention to Your voice, follow where You lead and expect the great from You, our Great God. Give us the courage, the will power to ignore the voice of the enemy and remind us of the fact that in the Name of Jesus we have the victory. Help each one who reads this prayer say by faith, "In the Name of Jesus, victory belongs to ME today!" We give You praise, in Jesus Name, Amen.
There’s a little old chapel by the side of the road A place that to us is our Saviour’s abode. It’s not just a church, a building, or place, But a spot where we see the Christ’s shining face.
You feel as you enter its great swinging portal That you’re dwelling with saints 'mongst souls immortal; The old stained windows lend quiet and charm And you know you’re away from all danger and harm.
Don’t feel that the church from the West to the East Was made for minister, rector, or priest; 'Twas made for us sinners, for you and for me, Not just a place for the good folks to be.
Nor yet is this Chapel a place just to preach, Or a spot where you go to hear a great speech; But keep this in mind though you may think it odd, Go into your church to commune there with God.
So sometimes, my friend, in the season of Lent Go into a chapel where Jesus was sent — Go alone to kneel down and to pray, Don’t try to think of nice things to say.
Just speak from your heart to Him up on high Then think for a-while how Jesus did die. On a cross 'tween two thieves He hung there for you, In agony whispered. "Father, forgive, they know not what they do."
It’s a wonderful place, this church by the road, This chapel that men built in memory of God; Take time to go there in this world’s crazy rush, To be with His spirit, to know of its hush.
Look at the chalice, the pulpit and pews, Think for a-while and you’ll have different views; Fray for a-while and your soul will be free In that little old Chapel by the road to the sea.
TUESDAY MORNING PRAYER: Good morning Lord! We thank You for blessing us to see another beautiful perfect day that You have made just for us to bring glory to You. Today help us to remember it is not about us! Today we will not take things personal, we will not jump to conclusions, we will not be easily hurt or angered, we will not get frustrated, we will not speak negative words; But instead, we will rejoice and be glad in this day, we will smile while others are wearing a frown, we will forgive and let go, we will speak life, we will look for the good in every situation, we will let those watching us see the Jesus in us, we will have a great day today! God, if at any time during this day we forget those things we said we would not do and refuse to do the things we said we would do, help us to remember how much You love us always unconditionally, no matter what. Help us to remember You are the source of our joy, our peace, our strength--You are our everything! We thank You Lord for being our All in All and through You we can do ALL things. We pray one for another, and a special prayer for Apostle Berry and her sister, Mother Ola Mae Brown; Dr. Aldina Washington and her mother, Sis. Shirley Hunter; Apostle Frank Phillips and family, Sis. Bessie's 2 yr. old grandson, who was struck by a car, bro. Aubrey Berry and sis. Kendra Mouton, Sis. Phoebe Macon and family as they mourn the transitioning of their loved one, and every one that reads this prayer; asking that You will give us the courage to not grow weary in well doing, help us to expect the great and know our "due" season is on the way. We give You praise, in Jesus Name, Amen.
To: Bishop Willie Williams, Webmaster Wayne Ware, Reggie Hall, Roosevelt Brown, Edmund Stevens, Jacquelyn Brown, Chestener Gorden Rice, Jacqueline Fleming, Tiffany Jackson and Roland Moore.
Thank You All for your thoughts and prayers for the passing of my Uncle.
Thank You also to those who did not post but said a prayer for our family.
I felt your prayers and I also know that this time of grief shall pass.
God is good all of the time.
My Uncle lived a good life and now he is no longer in pain, nor does he have to take dialysis anymore. He loved the Lord and he is now resting in His arms.
Thank You so much Bishop Willie for including me and my family in the Tuesday Morning Prayer.
I and my family truly appreciate all of the APACHE ALUMNI's kindness, friendship and prayers.
Thank you again everyone and Much Love and Peace be with you all.
WEDNESDAY MORNING PRAYER: Thank You Lord for blessing us to see another day. We begin this prayer by asking You to work on me, help me to see it's me, Oh Lord, standing in the need of prayer. God, we can see the many faults in someone else, but help us to recognize that looking and pointing out others faults, actions, attitudes and weaknesses is in reality the faults tht we deny within ourselves. Lord, throughout this day help us to see the many times we call attention to what "he" or "she" did or said, is just YOU speaking to us that it's you, standing in the need of prayer. God, search us through and through and all that's hindering us from drawing closer to You, help us to confess it and surrender it over to You. Lord, help us to know if we can see another person's downfalls, shortcomings, mistakes and so on, we should pray for them, knowing that You're the One Who loves us all enough to do something about it--give us the courage to pray one for another, in Jesus Name, Amen.
Amen to the prayer Bishop Willie, we will always stand in the need of daily prayer. When we pray for one another prayer changes things. Thank You Bishop Willie for being a Prayer Warrior and for feeding us daily with the bible's spiritual food. May you, your family and your ministry be continuously blessed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much (James 5:16).
THURSDAY MORNING PRAYER: Praise the Name of Jesus! You're our Rock, You're our Fortress, You're our Deliverer, in You Lord do we trust! We thank You Lord for another day of life and we purpose in our hearts right now to rejoice and be glad in this day, no matter what. God, give us the strength to endure the "no matter what", for it's easy to smile when things are going good and everyone is on our side, but when nothing seems to be going right and it seems everyone is against us, help us to remember You promised to never leave us. Help us to remember because You're always with us, we always have the strength to endure the "no matter what". Lord, we're praying one for another, and we ask a special prayer for Mother Ola Mae Brown, we ask that You will bless Phoebe Macon and family and everyone one with the blessings we stand in the need of; Help us to know You know best what we need and You promised to supply our every need. Give us the wisdom to know, what we need we may not want, but it's always best for us. Give us the courage to trust You in all and through all. We praise You Lord and we thank You in advance for today is the first day of the best days of our lives, in Jesus Name, Amen.
Our Father in heaven, God we thank You for our lives, our health and our strength. We thank You Lord for blessing us to see another day that we have not seen before; The fact of the matter is, all the days of our lives we have never seen one day repeated, we have never taken the same breath, our hearts keep beating a different beat--we thank You Lord for being great at being faithful. We thank You Lord because we can always count on You, even when we mess up and not treat You the way You deserve to be treated, You're still right there always keeping your Word--Great is Thy faithfulness. God, help us to know time is winding up and it's time we get our business straight with You. Some of us live like we only have one life to live and it's our life to live the way we want to live it, but Your Word tells us, " . . . ye are not your own, for ye have been bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's". Remind us of the fact that we glorify You by doing our purpose, using the gifts that You gave us to use for Your glory --Doing all to Your glory so men, women, boys and girls can see our good works and glorify You. Give us the courage today to work at being better today than we were on yesterday, help us to allow less of us to show and more of You. Help us to show more appreciation to You today than we did on yesterday, confessing You and You alone deserve our total praise. Lord we ask that you would strengthen the Families of Dr. Aldina Washington and Sis. Trina Wallace as they morn the passing of their Mother; and a special prayer for Apostle Rebecca Washington and her Sis., Mother Ola Mae Brown. We know that earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal, and that you can do anything but fail. We love You and we praise You, God our Father, in Jesus Name, Amen!
O Lord, our Lord, how excellent is Thy Name in all the earth! We praise You Lord for bringing us through another day, keeping us throughout the night and for waking us to see a brand new day filled with brand new mercies. God, because You're the same yesterday, today and forever and because You brought us through yesterday, it matters not what this day holds, we thank You in advance for bringing us through today. God, Your reputation is great with us. You have been good, You have made a way, You have stepped in right on time, You have been our company keeper, You have healed our bodies, You have protected us, You have provided all our needs --based on Your reputation in our lives, today we will hold our heads up, stick our chests out and move forward knowing with every blessing there may be a battle, but we praise You God because the battle is not ours, but it's Yours! Hallelujah Jesus!!! That means we win!!! Help us to remember how much You love us and Your love to us is more than the whole world against us. Remind us God to see ourselves through Your eyes because through Your eyes we are great! We're smiling God because the Great One lives inside of us and that makes us great. Thank You in advance for giving us the strength to not be distracted by the tricks and schemes of the enemy. God, our fight is not against flesh and blood, so help us to not get mad at the one who angers or hurts us, but instead tell the enemy, "In the Name of Jesus, shut up!" LORD, remember Bro. Charlie Evans and family has they mourn the passing of his mother; we give You praise for the victory today, in Jesus Name, Amen.
Our Father in heaven, we thank You for another beautiful day! We are excited Lord about our endless benefits today, all because we belong to the Most High God. We're excited because we're on the winning team and there is no way we can loose as long as we follow Your lead. God, we're excited because You have given us the power to speak life; So, right now we declare deliverance, we declare victory, we declare success, we declare prosperity, we declare healing, we declare peace, we declare reconciliation, we declare we have the favor of God and we shall be all that You created us to be and do all that You've assigned for us to do. We thank You Lord because You will let nothing separate us from Your love, not even our own selfishness, disobedience or stubbornness---thank You for Your unfailing love to us always. God, we praise You because the enemy is defeated in the Name of Jesus and no weapon that is formed against us shall prosper. Guard our hearts and minds against the attack of the enemy and build a hedge of protection all around our family and friends. We ask that You will draw us closer to You and help us to know, it is in You that we live, we move and have our being and it's because of You that nothing is impossible--in fact, Your Word tells us we can do all things through Christ Who gives us the strength. We can love, we can forgive, we can let go of the past--give us the courage to do all we can do, Remember Apostle Berry and Family as they mourn the passing of her sister and their aunt. We give You praise in Jesus Name, Amen.

THE LITTLE OLD CHAPEL BY THE ROAD TO THE SEA
A place that to us is our Saviour’s abode.
It’s not just a church, a building, or place,
But a spot where we see the Christ’s shining face.
You feel as you enter its great swinging portal
That you’re dwelling with saints 'mongst souls immortal;
The old stained windows lend quiet and charm
And you know you’re away from all danger and harm.
Don’t feel that the church from the West to the East
Was made for minister, rector, or priest;
'Twas made for us sinners, for you and for me,
Not just a place for the good folks to be.
Nor yet is this Chapel a place just to preach,
Or a spot where you go to hear a great speech;
But keep this in mind though you may think it odd,
Go into your church to commune there with God.
So sometimes, my friend, in the season of Lent
Go into a chapel where Jesus was sent —
Go alone to kneel down and to pray,
Don’t try to think of nice things to say.
Just speak from your heart to Him up on high
Then think for a-while how Jesus did die.
On a cross 'tween two thieves He hung there for you,
In agony whispered. "Father, forgive, they know not what they do."
It’s a wonderful place, this church by the road,
This chapel that men built in memory of God;
Take time to go there in this world’s crazy rush,
To be with His spirit, to know of its hush.
Look at the chalice, the pulpit and pews,
Think for a-while and you’ll have different views;
Fray for a-while and your soul will be free
In that little old Chapel by the road to the sea.
GOD BLESS EVERYONE & TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!

Good morning Lord!

Bishop Willie Williams

Thank You Lord for blessing us to see another day.

Praise the Name of Jesus!
