Biography:

Los Angeles native, lived w grandparents & big sister for a year in Compton & attended El Segundo Elem., returned to L. A. but moved back to Compton at 12 with entire family- attended Willowbrook Jr. Hi. to the Big Ten. Left Compton when marriage to Ron Davis ended. Worked in several diff. fields - lived in Bakersfield '74 - '78., returned to L.A. attended LATradeTech (Fashion Design-Illustration/Business) worked in garment industry after receiving degree. Several freelance jobs. 2 wonderful kids w/Simeon Guyot (artist & guitarist w/The Coasters). Wound up a single Mom - In 1999 returned to college for degree in computer graphics-multimedia. Operating a home based design studio in conjunction w/daughter (animator) & son (artist /fledging entrepreneur) - AND I go fishing as often as my schedule allows at my property management gig =) Still a tomboy at heart. Jesus is my Lord and Savior and my hero, I don't know how ppl. do it without Him. Wow and to think the alumni committee for the 35th reunion thought I was deceased :)

Interests:

Art, museums, camping, fishing, traveling thru beautiful Cali. & all points in between and afar. Studying the Bible and it's history.

Spending time w/my Mother and crazy sisters (chuckles galore;)

Listening to my kids plan out their lives.

learning new things and watching the world change. Getting and sending jokes over the web.
Court shows ( r my soap operas). Forensics - science,
Reading- mags, good books, quiet time in nature.
Funny but fashion no longer hold my attention.
