Football League Coast and Bay was co-captain along with James Toliver 1959 Douglas Chism and I were First Team All Coast Guard and Tackle that year and Leon Thomas was awarded the Teams most valuable Player. James Toliver and I played the following year at Compton College where we helped the team win a Western Conference Junior College Championship, by April 1960 I had joined the USMC.
