Grades 1 thru 8 attend elementary and Jr high in Harbor area cities of Wilmington and San Pedro California. Moved to Compton, California summer of 1953. Enrolled into Enterprise Jr High graduated 1954. Enter Centennial High School graduated June 1957. Enrolled in Compton College Spring 1958. Became a starving Cross Country and Track Athlete, beat a lot people running, even on an empty stomach. There were time we had to travel distances to compete. We would spend the night in different Cities and States. For example Kansas, for the University of Kansas relays. At such times we would received meal money. Those were the times I ran extremely well. Amazing what a good meal does for you. Graduated from Compton College in January 27, 1961, received AA degree. Enlisted in the US Air Force January 30,1961 released from active duty January 29, 1965. Honorably discharged 1967. While a member of the US Air Force received training of Computer Operations, which initiated a career path for me in Computer related fields. Compton College was one of the few Colleges or University that offered advanced Computer Science curriculum in 1968. I enrolled and completed the curriculum January 1972, received Computer Programming Certification that enable a career path to Information Technology. Held positions such as Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, Senior Program Analyst, Manger of Systems and Progarmming, Project Manager, Team Lead. Retired July 2009.
