i was born in los angeles calif. we lived in the projects down in east los angeles . we did not move out to compton until i was about eleven years old. we moved with my mother husband which was my stepfather. i attend willowbrook school. so i did not growup out here so i did not know alot of people out here . so then i attend centennial high school that was the way it was.
Family:
iam a mother of five & grandmother of six been merried for thirtyfive years. and god has been so very good to me.

    Lord, we come lifting the Williams Family up in prayer in these difficult hours. Lord, please let Lanita know that the thoughts of comfort, peace and the love of her fellow Alumni are with her not only today; but always. Lanita remember that we are here for you and that we are just a phone call away if you need us or if you need anything or just to talk. Lord, we pray that your deep abiding love and your understanding will help Lanita and her Family in their grief. Lord God, we ask that you hold her near and that you comfort her in their loss of a Sister-in-Law. Lord, we ask that you ease her pain as she grieves her loved one. Lord, please bring her sorrowful heart relief as only you can. Lord, we ask that she will find peace and strength in the loving memories of her loved one.     Lanita,

    We are lifting you up in our prayers. We are praying with God's provision and providence that you will "Get Well Soon"!!

    PRAYER
    Dear Lord we come lifting up our Classmate and Sister Lanita McElroy-Williams to you. Lord, we come asking that you would heal Lanita of this bleeding problem that is taking place in her body. Lord, we know that you can heal Lanita and bind up her wound(s). Dear Lord, we know that you are God and that you are the same yesterday, today and forever. Lord God, we know that you have healed in the past and that You are still healing today. Father God,  we know that just as You healed the woman who bleed for many years long ago, we ask that You would heal our Dear Classmate & Sister Lanita. We ask that You would stop this bleeding O Lord, and that You would restore the blood flow in Lanita's body back to normal . Calm her heart O Lord, give her the wisdom and faith that she needs Lord. Lord, let her know that You will handle her body's system because You are her Creator. Lord, we ask for a full restoration of good health for Lanita.  O Heavenly Father, You are so merciful and faithful. Thank You Lord, and Father God we ask that in the midst of Lanita's fear that You would give her a spirit of love, power, contentment and a sound mind. Thank You Precious Lord for Your healing upon Lanita. May this prayer & testimony of healing for Lanita bring great glory to Your name and calmness to many out there who may be going through or experiencing this same health crisis in their lives. Thank You Lord for allowing us to come to you in prayer to Your throne of grace and Thank You Lord for always being right there when we need You.
