Olivia Herriford, D.M., orchestrates success using her skills as a planner, facilitator, coach, and teacher. Her expertise is building and coaching high-performance teams while designing and implementing the processes that sustain them. Dr. Herriford has over twenty-five years experience as a leader in high-technology, financial, government, and non-profit environments. Olivia is the owner of Herriford Consulting, a management consulting company specializing in strategic planning, change management, and leadership development. She is faculty at the University of Phoenix and JFK University where she teaches graduate and undergraduate business and management courses and at The Recharge Institute where she leads leadership and personal development workshops. She loves to travel, listen to live music, play golf, and drive California back roads in her ’86 Alfa Romeo.
