BECAUSE OF CALVARY

Our Father in heaven, we thank You for Your goodness, kindness, mercy and grace. We thank You for Your ever presence in our life; You’re always there being Who You are to us. We thank You for protecting us yesterday, watching over us throughout the night and for starting us off with new mercy today. We’re grateful for another chance to do what we keep saying we’re going to do. We’re grateful for another chance to take a step in the direction of purpose. We’re grateful for another chance to let go of all distractions, excuses, and reasons—it’s time we trust You with all our heart and stop leaning to our own understanding. It’s time we recognize our way always leads to disaster, but Your way leads to the plan You have for us, which leads to abundant life. We choose Your way, help us to stick to our choice, and get excited about You being glorified in our life. This is the day our faithful God has made, we will rejoice and be glad in it all the day long, no matter what, in Jesus Name, Amen.

WEDNESDAY MORNING PRAYER:

O Lord, our God, we lift our hands in total praise to You. We know it is in You we live, move, and have our being; all of our help comes from You. We worship You because You are the source of our: strength, peace, joy, love, salvation... without You we couldn't do anything, wouldn't be anything, nor would we have anything -- all glory belongs to You. We thank You for this day of thanksgiving, for we recognize, every day we have breath is a day to be thankful to You. We pray You shine a light on each of us, let us see Your light shining on the gift You gave us; and give us the wisdom and courage to stir up the gift and use it for Your glory. Help us to remember, we can do all things when we know it is Jesus Who gives us strength. We pray the life we live today is pleasing in Your sight and all will know we belong to the Most High God, in Jesus Name, Amen.

THURSDAY MORNING PRAYER:
Our Father, our Lord, our God, our Savior, our Friend; we thank You for waking us this morning with the blessed assurance that we belong to You and everything is good. You are everything we need You to be; we pray each one will allow You to be Who You are in our lives. Help each one to remember You’ve been doing great things since the beginning of time; Your Words alone are powerful and have changed many situations. Help us to remember You’re still speaking, give us the courage to trust Your speaking power and let You speak to our situation. We’re praying for those who are trusting You to move in their situation, give us the strength to keep our hands out, and only do what You assign for us to do. Help us remember our praise is our weapon and the time to praise You is now. You are a mighty God and we praise You for loving us with all Your might. Thank You for the new great things of this day, in Jesus Name, Amen.
