TUESDAY MORNING PRAYER:
O Lord, our Lord how excellent is Thy Name in all the earth!  Lord, we thank You for the privilege to be able to say, "In the Name of Jesus" and expect immediate peace.   "Jesus" the sweetest, most powerful Name we know, hallelujah Jesus!   Thank You Jesus for blessing us to see another day.  We thank You Lord for the sunshine, we thank You for the rain.  We thank You Lord for the ability to breathe in the air You provide.  We thank You for the blessing to be able to see the beauty of the trees, flowers, green grass, blue sky and white clouds.   God, it's easy to begin to take things for granted because You're so faithful, but this morning we want to take the time out to say, "Thank You Lord for all You've done for us!"   There are probably some things we could complain about, but complaining would mean we don't completely trust You; So instead of complaining today we will take the time out to count our many blessings and remember to say, "Thank You!"   Bless each one who reads this prayer, give us the strength to press through our perception of reality and trust Your promise to work all things together for our good.  We're rejoicing today, all day, in Jesus Name, Amen.

MONDAY MORNING PRAYER:
Our Father in heaven, we thank You for waking us up this morning to see a brand new day.  We thank You for Your automatic new mercy that came with this day, for we recognize it's not because we deserve it, but because we need it and You are faithful.   Lord, we thank You for another chance to draw closer to You, another chance to do as You command, another chance to put the past behind us and press forward.   Father, this morning we're asking for strength to let go:  Let go of the things that keep hindering us; Let go of the people who continue to distract us; Let go of our way of doing things.  Give us the courage to let go and trust You to lead, guide and direct our paths, believing You will supply our every need.   God we need Your peace to surround us and make us feel safe, safe enough to let go and let You have Your way in our lives.  We thank You for this great day that You have made and we purpose in our hearts to rejoice and be glad in it, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Serenity Prayer

God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

(Although known most widely in its abbreviated form above,
the entire prayer reads as follows...)

Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time;
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
Taking, as He did, this sinful world
as it is, not as I would have it;
Trusting that He will make all things right
if I surrender to His Will;
That I may be reasonably happy in this life
and supremely happy with Him
Forever in the next.
Amen.

FRIDAY MORNING INSPIRATION:
I ASKED GOD

I asked God to take away my habit.  God said, No.
It is not for me to take away, but for you to give it up.

I asked God to make my handicapped child whole.  God said, No.
His spirit is whole, his body is only temporary

I asked God to grant me patience.
God said, No. Patience is a byproduct of tribulations; it isn't granted, it is learned.
 I asked God to give me happiness.
God said, No. I give you blessings; Happiness is up to you.
 asked God to spare me pain.
God said, No. Suffering draws you apart from worldly cares and brings you closer to me.

I asked God to make my spirit grow.
God said, No. You must grow on your own, but I will prune you to make you fruitful.

I asked God for all things that I might enjoy life!  God said, No.
I will give you life, so that you may enjoy all things.

I asked God to help me LOVE others, as much as He loves me.
God said...Ahhhh, finally you have the idea.

Our Father in heaven, we praise You for being omniscience-You're all knowing!  You know exactly what we need, all the time.  Lord, sometimes we think we know what's best for us,  but we praise You because You always KNOW what's best for us and You always give us what we need.  Through the good times, bad times, happy and sad times, You always keep Your Word and You always work all things together for our good.   So, we offer praise to You for allowing us to talk to You about everything and then we can trust You to make our everything alright, thank You Jesus!  You're an awesome God and we praise Your Holy Name, in Jesus Name, Amen.

THURSDAY MORNING PRAYER:
It's a new day and we thank You for opening our eyes to see it.  Lord we have so much to be thankful for, our health and strength, food and clothing, shelter and transportation, family and friends, peace and joy;  We thank You Lord for all You've done for us!   Thank You Lord for being our Rock, our Fortress, our Deliverer, our Healer, our Company Keeper, our Provider--We have discovered, everything we need You to be, The Great I Am steps in!  We love You Lord!  This is the day that You have made and we purpose in our hearts right now to let nothing cause us to forget You made this day.  We will let nothing steal our joy.  We will let nothing distract us from paying attention to Your voice.  We will let nothing cause us to act unbecoming of Your child.   We will let nothing keep us from rejoicing and being glad, no matter what.  Give us the courage today to do something nice to someone, say something encouraging to someone who is struggling and share our God-given smile with everyone we meet, we give You praise in Jesus Name, Amen.

For our children

Lord, thank You for blessing me to see this day that You have made.  Thank You for eyes to see, ears to hear, a mouth to talk, legs to walk and hands to reach out and touch everybody.  Lord, thank You for blessing me with everything I need, in Jesus Name, Amen.

WEDNESDAY MORNING PRAYER:
We thank You Lord for this new day enveloped with Your goodness, kindness, mercy and grace.  Thank You Lord for being our provider, our peace, our protection, our healer, our deliverer, our friend--Lord, You are everything we need You to be and we thank You for being the Great I Am.  Father, if things happened to get tough for us today, help us to remember Who You are and who we are because of You.   Help us to remember there is nothing too hard for You to do.  Help us to remember nothing gets to us before passing through You first, which simply means we can handle it because You will not permit us to go through anything we can not bear.   Increase our understanding so we will know in to each life some rain must fall because if we never had any rain, we would never grow.   So while the rain is falling, give us the wisdom to seek the purpose of the rain and know You're our umbrella.  Give us the courage to walk on by faith even if we get wet believing there is a rainbow at the end of the rain.  This is the day that You have made, we will let nothing stop us from rejoicing and being glad in it, in Jesus Name, Amen.

TUESDAY MORNING PRAYER:
Lord, as we slept last night, You kept our lungs functioning properly and You made sure our hearts continue to beat.   Then this morning You caused us to hear an alarm clock, the sound of a loved one or a simple noise to let us know it was time to wake up--- Lord we thank You.   God, we thank You for life, health and strength.  We thank You for food, clothing and shelter.  We thank You for family, friends and acquaintances.  Lord, we have so much to be thankful for and although sometimes we complain, the truth is our good far outweighs the bad, so we thank and praise You right now for we know every good and perfect gift comes from You.  Father, we don't know what today will bring, but there is one thing we know for sure and that is, You already know and You've already planned on what You know.   Draw us closer to You and help us trust the fact that there is safety in Your arms; There is peace, love, contentment, rest, joy, protection, provision, healing, and deliverance---You have everything we need to be more than conquerors in every situation, thank You Lord.   We glorify and magnify Your Name because You are good all the time and all the time You are good!   Thank You Jesus!  Please remember the Graham Family.  Today is a good day and we praise You in advance for the victory today, in Jesus Name, Amen.
