FRIDAY MORNING INSPIRATION AND PRAYER:

Prayer for a Good Day

Dear Lord,as I arise
And bend my knee to pray
I ask please place your guiding hand
Upon this busy day

All my yesterdays are said and done
Tomorrow may never be
But I give you full reign over this day
To make the best of me

May each little word I speak
Be filtered through your love
May all my thoughts be connected
To the heavenly courts above

And use my feet to take me
To where you want me to be
Guard my eyes that they would only
See what you want me to see

Give me a heart that longs to show
Others the way back home
And with these two hands help me
Fashion glory for your throne

From the great expanse of eternity
One day is all I can borrow
So help me Lord to take care of today
And we'll talk again tomorrow

Our Father, we thank You for this day filled with Your grace and mercy.  This morning we lift Rev. Ed Stowe as he prepares to celebrate the homegoing of his Mother.  Because of his faith in you and the acknowledgement that You are good all the time, we ask for continued strength, grace and mercy upon he and his family.  We give You praise in advance for the victory today, in Jesus Name, Amen .

THURSDAY MORNING PRAYER:

O Lord, our Lord, how excellent is Thy Name in all the earth!  We praise You God because from the rising of the sun until the going down of the same, Your Name is to be praised.  Thank You Lord for blessing us to see another beautiful day.  We thank You Lord because You are a faithful God.  We thank You because all the days of our lives we have never seen one day repeated--You give us new mercies everyday!!!!!    God this morning we're specifically praying for Apostle Berry, Dr. Mae Anderson, JT, Albert, Jim, Gayle, Gwendolyn, Malbert Lewis Jr., Little Maliyah, DeLani, Jamari, Rilei, Trevvianno and Justine---We praise You Father because You already know their last names and the specifics of their lives.  Lord, we ask that You move mightily and bless them with the blessings they stand in need of--touch, heal and deliver in the Name of Jesus!   Draw us all closer to You so we will know it is in You that we live, move and have our being and You love us so much that You gave Your life to redeem us--And, that same love guarantees us that You will always take good care of us.   Bless us throughout this day and remind us to rest on Your promise that You will never leave or forsake us and since You're with us where ever we go, give us the wisdom, courage and strength to let You handle our day.   Remind us of the fact, You made this day and there is nothing about this day that You cannot handle, we give You praise, in Jesus Name, Amen.

WEDNESDAY MORNING PRAYER:

Our Father in heaven, God we thank You for blessing us to see another beautiful day.  We thank You for continuing to watch over us and for providing everything we need.  We thank You Lord for keeping us in the midst of storms, sickness, trials, betrayal, disappointment, doubt, joy and sorrow; Through it all Lord we can truly say we're learning to lean on You and trust in Your Word more and more.   We pray one for another, asking You to bless all with the blessings we stand in the need of.  We pray for all of the many families that have been affected by the tornadoes, help us not to become so relaxed or desensitized because it hasn't happened to us; But instead, give us a praying spirit that our desire to please You will increase and our desire for foolishness will decrease.  Help us to know time is winding up, no man knows the day nor the hour of Your return, so it behooves us all to be about Your business by being who You've created us to be and doing all that You've created us to do.  It's a good day today and we will rejoice and be glad in it, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Because of Calvary,

Bishop Willie Williams

MONDAY MORNING PRAYER:

Lord, You are good and Your mercy endures forever!!!  We worship You for Who You are--You are good all the time, all the time You are good!!!   God, we thank You for another beautiful day that You have blessed us to see.  We thank You for waking us in our right mind, a mind to thank, praise and worship You.  We ask that You will give us the strength to dismiss all negativity, ignore attempts to distract us and help us to pursue nothing but greatness.  Father, we praise You because we know there is none greater than You and because You're in us we are great.  No matter what happens this day help us to remember the Great One resides in us, You made this day and there is nothing about this day that will take You by surprise.  With our hands lifted up we surrender to You, help us this day to keep them lifted up offering praise to You, remembering You said You will let nothing separate us from Your love and because You love us the victory belongs to us!  We praise You in advance for a wonderful day, in Jesus Name, Amen.

FRIDAY MORNING INSPIRATION:

As you got up this morning, I watched you, and hoped you would talk to me, even if it was just a few words, asking my opinion or thanking me for something good that happened in your life yesterday.

But I noticed you were too busy, trying to find the right outfit to wear. When you ran around the house getting ready, I knew there would be a few minutes for you to stop and say hello, but you were to busy.

At one point you had to wait, fifteen minutes with nothing to do except sit in a chair. Then I saw you spring to your feet. I thought you wanted to talk to me but you ran to the phone and called a friend to get the latest gossip instead.

I watched patiently all day long. With all your activities I guess you were too busy to say anything to me.

I noticed that before lunch you looked around, maybe you felt embarrassed to talk to me, that is why you didn't bow your head. You glanced three or four tables over and you noticed some of your friends talking to me briefly before they ate, but you didn't.

That's okay. There is still more time left, and I hope that you will talk to me yet. You went home and it seems as if you had lots of things to do.

After a few of them were done, you turned on the TV. I don't know if you like TV or not, just about anything goes there and you spend a lot of time each day in front of it not thinking about anything, just enjoying the show. I waited patiently again as you watched the TV and ate your meal, but again you didn't talk to me.

Bedtime I guess you felt too tired. After you said goodnight to your family you plopped into bed and fell asleep in no time. That's okay because you may not realize that I am always there for you. I've got patience, more than you will ever know. I even want to teach you how to be patient with others as well. I love you so much that I wait everyday for a nod, prayer or thought or a thankful part of your heart. It is hard to have a one-sided conversation.

Well, you are getting up once again. And once again I will wait, with nothing but love for you.

Hoping that today you will give me some time.

Have a nice day!

Your friend,

GOD

THURSDAY MORNING PRAYER:

Good morning Lord!  We praise the Name of Jesus!  You're our Rock!  You're our Fortress!  You're our Redeemer, in You do we trust!  We thank You Lord for blessing us to see another beautiful perfect day.   No matter what happens today, at the end of the day we will still say thank You for this perfect day--it's perfect because You made it.   God, this morning we're praying one for another, and especially for baby Delani, and Maleah.  We ask that You will help us to see our value in You.  Help us to know You're great and since You reside in us, we're great and we should always expect the great and never settle for anything less.  Help us to know every breath we take is Your way of giving us the power and energy to go forth and be great.  There is nothing too hard for You to do and with You we can do all things because You give us the strength, the ability, the wisdom and You make the way for all things to be possible.   So today we will go forth being the giants that You have created us to be and we will let nothing be magnified over You, because there is nothing and no one bigger than You!  We give You praise, in Jesus Name, Amen!
