What is "CAERing Solutions"?

CAERing Solutions is a private practice specializing in helping individuals find lasting relief from the distressing effects of past traumas and/or painful experiences, such as loss of a loved one, physical injury, abuse, etc., using a system of trauma and stress relieving techniques that are designed to facilitate personal empowerment and greater self-confidence, without the use of diagnoses, interpretations or evaluations from any external viewpoints.

Our approach involves four basic "steps".

CONFRONT:
The first step in solving any problem is adopting the willingness to Confront it, or Face it.  Anything a Person can effectively confront, or face, he or she can effectively handle; and only when a Person can effectively confront a problem can he or she get to, and remedy, the cause of the problem.

ASSESS:
Once willing to confront the problem, then one can begin to discover the Nature and Extent of the Problem, by careful self-examination, to facilitate discovery of the cause of the problem.

EVALUATE:
When the Nature and Extent of the problem are discovered and understood, then one can map out a strategy or plan to resolve the problem.

RESOLVE:
This involves applying the insights and strategies developed through the previous steps, in a manner that reduces the problem from "unmanageable" to "manageable", and ultimately to "solved", where the problem effectively ceases to exist.

An Essential step in alleviating the negative psychic (emotional) effects of traumatic experiences is to get a basic understanding of "Trauma" itself, and how it affects a Person.

What CAERing Solutions offers is help with resolution of the negative emotions associated with past traumas, both known and unknown - "unknown" traumas being those received during periods of relative unconsciousness.  These traumas are the causes of a wide variety of anxieties, fears, depressions, hostilities and other emotional disorders.  Likewise, the resolution of these traumas allows one to reclaim his or her Love of Life and Enthusiasm in Living!

It is important to understand that, contrary to popular opinion, "Time" does NOT "heal all wounds".  Suppressing our hurts and anxieties into "denial", especially when connected to past traumatic experiences, only prolongs (and sometimes "worsens") the suffering.  What will "heal" these psychological "wounds" is summoning the courage to "confront, assess, evaluate and resolve" them.

The processes we employ involve revisiting a past incident, and recounting it repeatedly until the client gains clarity about the incident, and the negative "charge" associated with the incident is released.  This provides significant relief for the client, thus allowing him or her to experience a greater level of happiness in his or her life.
