San Bernardino County is a county in the U.S. state of California. As of the 2010 census, the population was 2,035,210, up from 1,709,434 as of the 2000 census. With an area of 20,105 square miles, San Bernardino County is the largest county in the contiguous United States by area, larger than any of the nine smallest states, and larger than the four smallest states combined; and larger than the closest-sized countries of Bosnia and Herzegovina or Costa Rica.[3]

Located in the southeast California, the thinly populated deserts and mountains of this vast county stretch from the outskirts of the densely populated Riverside-San Bernardino Area to the Nevada border and the Colorado River.

The county seat is San Bernardino. The county is considered part of the Inland Empire region.

HISTORY

Father Francisco Dumetz named San Bernardino on May 20, 1810, feast day of St. Bernardino of Siena.

San Bernardino County was formed from parts of Los Angeles County in 1853. Parts of the county's territory were given to Riverside County in 1893.

The Franciscans gave the name San Bernardino to the snowcapped peak in Southern

California, in honor of the saint and it is from him that the county derives its name.[2]

FRIDAY MORNING INSPIRATION:

WHAT WILL YOU DO NOW?

You've done way too much talking, what will you do now?
How much more advise will you listen to—what will you do now?
Counseling is good, classes are great, but what will you do now?
You said you would do it tomorrow, but tomorrow was yesterday, what will you do now?

There is something IN YOU, you need to share. What’s IN you will bless me, him and her, when will you decide it’s time to do what you know you need to do? Taking care of “this”…fixing “that” before you can do “IT” are excuses that keep giving you an excuse to not do what you know you need to do.

The graveyards are full of “I’ll do it tomorrow”…will you add to the pile? “No!” I’m going to do what I know I need to do!! Oh yea? What day is “going to do?” Is it today? It should be, after all, today is all you have right now. What will you do now?

God took care of the hard part—He placed IT in you. Will you praise God by doing what He assigned you to do? Yes, I will!! Great!!! Today is a good day to get started!

FRIDAY MORNING INSPIRATION:
WHAT WILL IT TAKE?

What will it take for you to let go? What will it take for you to let "bygones be bygones"? Will it take them being "gone" forever, never to return no more? Is that good enough for you?

People are dying everyday...people who you expected to be here today are gone! Now it's too late to forgive...it's too late to say "I love you" ...it's too late for one last hug. It's too late! The things you plan to say at the service with the crocodile tears, save it: it's too late!

Everyone should take a "self-inventory" take a look at yourself. Who is it that has caused you to bottle up wrong-doings (according to you) and hold on to the bottle to remind you how hurt/angry you continue to be? Don't worry you don't have to admit it to anyone, but until you admit it to yourself and throw the bottle away....you will never be free.

Time is winding up, whatever they did in the past is over, no one has the capability to go back and undo; that's why God said, "forgive"...it wasn't a suggestion, it was a command. When you refuse to let go, you're in direct violation of God's command.

Today you can decide to keep the bottle and constant reminders of why you should continue to be: mad, sad, hurt or depressed. Or, you can finally break the bottle and declare, "It's over now".

Beloved, let us love one another: love is an action word, ask Jesus. Don’t let it be said, “it’s too late”. Do it today…it’s too hard? Ask Jesus to help you.

THURSDAY MORNING PRAYER:
We give thanks unto You Lord because You are good and Your mercy endures forever! We worship You for Who You are, all the time—there is nothing we can do to change Who You are. We thank You because You are Jehovah Jireh, everything we need, Your faithful hand continues to provide. We pray one for another, praying each one will recognize we never have to go without peace, joy, direction, comfort, love, protection—whatever we need You to be, You simply say, “I Am”. We pray Willie Ray experiences Your peace and total confidence in Your healing touch, as he prepares to go in for the procedure. We pray each one purposes in our heart to have a great day today. Help each one to see the hand of the enemy moving and not lose focus of truth…our God is greater. There is no problem, no situation, no sickness, no man, no woman greater than You, so today we shall magnify You in all and over all. Depression, sadness, defeat---You lose! We have the victory in Jesus! We are winners together with Jesus and we’re moving forward today in victory! We give you praise, in Jesus Name, Amen.

WEDNESDAY MORNING PRAYER:
O Lord, our God, how excellent is Thy Name in all the earth! Your Name is above all names; Your knowledge is too wonderful, it is high we cannot attain it. There is no where we can go and You’re not already there. We thank You for Your hand that protects us and Your love that refuses to let us go. Lord, we thank You because we can always count on You; we pray each one will know today that You’re ready and willing to help us. Draw each one closer to You and let our desire be to have a closer walk with You. We pray each one understands the answer to our trouble, heartache, pain, loneliness, struggle and void is always You. We pray Your expedient healing touch on Ms. Fay Bell. Help us to cast our care to You and know You care so much You will come to our aid. Help us to remember, if we trust You, You will exceed abundantly above all we ask or think. If we trust You, we can declare victory by faith, right now. Our right now faith says, today is a great day and great things are coming our way, in Jesus Name, Amen.

MONDAY MORNING PRAYER:

We praise You, O Lord! We magnify Your Name! We worship You, O Lord because we recognize You to be the Great I Am. You are everything we need You to be all the time, every time. We are so thankful for this day and the plan You have for us. We pray each one will be sensitive to Your voice throughout this day; follow where You lead and do as You say. We pray each one will make the choice to have a productive, positive, peaceful day on purpose. Help us to remember our words are powerful, if we don’t want it we should not speak it. We pray our words are seasoned with grace and we use them to uplift, encourage, edify and help someone along the way. We pray Your healing touch on Barbara Washington and TJ Whitfield. You’ve made another great day, it’s up to us to rejoice and be glad in it, in Jesus Name, Amen.

THURSDAY MORNING PRAYER:
Our Father in heaven, how we love You, we praise You, we lift up Your holy and righteous Name; shouting out to the world, You are the only true and living God! We pray You touch each reader of this prayer with a sense of urgency; now is the time for the change. Now is the time to draw closer to You. Now is the time to become dissatisfied with our effort and purpose in our heart to do better. Now is the time to seek Your face and trust Your direction. Now is the time to fall out with the ways of the world and chose to serve You wholeheartedly. Now is the time to stop looking like everyone else and make the conscious decision to look more like You. Now is the time to declare, we can make this world a better place to live in, but the change has to begin in us. You are a mighty God and we trust You to be mighty in our life, right now. Today is a new day, we thank You for a new beginning with high expectations from our mighty God. Now may the grace of God, the sweet communion of His holy Spirit, rest, rule and abide in us throughout this day; in Jesus Name, Amen.

WEDNESDAY MORNING PRAYER:

O Lord, our God, we love, honor, worship and adore You. You are great and mighty…miracles You’re still performing…grace You’re still issuing and mercy You’re still providing. We praise You for being faithful, You are the only constant we have; Your love to us is amazing…We love You Jesus! Thank You for the gift of life this day, we pray each one will appreciate Your gift and live so You be glorified. Order our steps so we walk where we’ll be a blessing; bridle our tongue so no evil or negative speaking escapes our mouth; guard our mind so tricks and schemes are noticed and we be determined to keep standing on Your Word and expecting Your promises…no weapon formed against us shall prosper! TUESDAY MORNING PRAYER:
Our Father in heaven, we thank You for waking us to see this new day. We thank You for giving us another chance to praise, worship, adore and obey You. We pray each one will purpose in our heart to live so all will see how much we appreciate You for blessing us to see this new day. Help us to remember, our actions speak louder than words; let our actions point up to You. We pray our goal today is to show someone Jesus. Give us a praying spirit and help us to know, the best conversation we can have today, is a conversation with our Almighty God. Lead, guide and direct our path, help us to remember the plan You have for us is for good; give us the courage to trust Your hand and know You will always do what's best in our life. Thank You Lord for loving us and desiring that we be close to You. It feels so good to be loved by You! Father, we ask Your healing touch on Riley Harris, Yvonne Harris and Willie Ray and Calvin Bernard Rhone. We pray Your touch of comfort and peace on Yvonne Alexander, give her what she needs to get through the home-going celebration of her beloved son. THURSDAY MORNING PRAYER:

The greatness of the Lord in inconceivable . The love that He shows is unconditional. The power of the Lord is unbeatable . Great is the God we serve! God is great and greatly to be praised! Lord we thank You for this great day made by our great God. We thank You Lord because more and more every day we’re more and more convinced, there is none like You. Never has there been anyone who loves us like You do. Never has there been anyone who is as patient with us as You are. Never has there been anyone who is more forgiving. Never has there been anyone who knows exactly what we need, when we need it and promises to supply all our need. There is no one like our faithful God! We say again, “Great is the God we worship!” “Great is the God we praise!” “Great is the God we serve!” We’re going forth today fully aware of the fact that You're with us every step of the way. We’re going forth knowing greater is He Who lives in us, than he that’s in the world. We’re going forth declaring our status is, “More than conquerors”, which means in every circumstance and situation, WE WIN! We’re praying for a healing touch from You for Yvonne Harris. We’re praying for the Body of Believers and families, open our eyes that we may recognize the tricks and schemes of the enemy; the plan of the enemy is to divide, but Your will is that we have love one to another. Help us to say “NO” to all attempts to divide and “YES” to Your will. This is the day our God has made and we shall rejoice and be glad in it, in Jesus Name, Amen.
